The experience of the 3 partners showed that many potential buyers are not satisfied with the current offer on the Spanish villa market. Too small spaces, too little or no privacy are just a few of the criticisms expressed by clients during viewings. PROYECTO EL ARFERO wants to answer that.
For each project, the right site is selected and together with the client and the architect, the best model and plan is worked out according to the client’s budget and wishes. With traditional construction promoters, people have little or no say in construction. Every change comes with a serious price tag because it is outside the “standard.”
Jurgen De Rijcke, founder and owner of Spanish Real Estate Agency EL ARFERO, which is also active in conversions and renovations in Spain. Jurgen is a born businessman with decades of experience in the hospitality industry, import-export of Spanish products and (re)construction in Belgium. In recent years, he has set his sights fully on Spain with real estate agency EL ARFERO.
Wim De Witte, has more than 15 years of experience in selling international real estate to a range of clients of different nationalities. Active in Spain for more than 6 years, he knows like no other the ins and outs of everything to do with construction and real estate in Spain.
Bruno Bossuyt, emigrated with his family to sunny Spain. In Belgium, he has a degree in carpentry/writing, has many years of professional experience as a roofer of flat and pitched roofs, and has worked in the construction industry for 25 years, both in traditional and industrial buildings; Through his own experience buying a newly built villa in Spain, he knows better than anyone else how things can be done differently and better.
